Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final. However, unused/ unworn merchandise is eligible for exchange of equal value for up to 30 days from the original purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, is not eligible for exchange.

For exchanges, send us an email at Grind@grindstoneuniversal.com and send your item to: 631 Tst, Washington DC US 20001.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be considered for exchange. Sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Grindstone Universal, 631 T st., Washington DC US 20001

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
